Order Processing

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days to process your order; these shirts are custom made for each order. Although, the fulfillment is within 2 to 3 business days on over 75% of our orders. Once the order is processed, we will send another email to let you know your order is on the way!

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping, as a thank you for your confidence in us. We believe the products we sell will have impact, and since we are not the least expensive, why not give you an option to benefit from free shipping. We thank you for believing in our mission. Our goal is to delight.

Other Shipping Options

If you need your products faster, we have you covered. We offer Standard and Express shipping options during checkout, termed ‘US Flat Rate’ and ‘US Express Rate (phone number required)’. The shipping costs for these options are listed at checkout.  

Please include your phone number for all orders. This helps us in fraud prevention, and for express shipping, avoids a shipping delivery downgrade.

Order process timing remains the same, but the shipment timing is handled accordingly, depending on your selection.

Express shipping is limited to 15 products. Also, some products do not qualify for express, which will become apparent during checkout.

Delivery Issues

Missing Packages By Carrier – Sometimes the carrier get’s it wrong and packages end up lost, delivered to the wrong address, or get swallowed up by the shipping carrier’s cavernous abyss 😉. Even though we use the big names in the industry, their systems are not infallible. Reach out to us if you haven’t received your product within the times listed above or if you were notified your package was delivered but you don’t have it. Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for administrative and reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). On the off chance that we cannot get in contact with you to resolve the issue, the original charge will remain in effect. Our hope and goal are to ensure you enjoy what you bought and to spread His Word. After all, it furthers God’s mission. Unclaimed – If for some reason a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to us, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment back to you (if and as applicable).
