Request Return Instructions

To submit a return request:

Click the profile icon in the store's menu. It's the person icon in upper right corner. Alternatively, go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    2. Copy the six-digit verification code sent from our store to either your email account or mobile.
    3. Go back to the online store and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the "Request return" button for the order that you would like to return. Depending on the view, you may need to click the three-dot icon and then "Request return".
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Email a picture or multiple to fully detail the issue, if you believe it an issue on our side. The Return Policy identifies the return reasons, along with the cost ownership. 
  6. Determine which method of return you plan to use:
    1. By default, we will provide a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund amount. The amount to be deducted is found within the Return Policy.
    2. If you will be returning the merchandise on your own, please indicate "I am returning the product without your return service."
  7. Click "Request return".
