Intellectual Property & Usage Policy

This policy governs the proprietary assets of God Our Defender, LLC, doing business as God Our Defender (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

1.      Proprietary Rights

All content included on this site and within the Company's product lines—specifically including, but not limited to, the proprietary series of three-word acrostics—is the exclusive property of the Company. These works are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. This protection extends to the Company's brand, products, designs, slogans, product names, and any other relevant content, whether current or future variations thereof.

2.      Protected Assets: The "GOD" Acrostic Series

The Company's unique intellectual property includes a specific collection of ten (10) three-word phrases designed as vertical acrostics. By engaging with our products or services, you acknowledge that:

  • Acrostic Format: The specific arrangement of words used to spell "G-O-D" vertically is a protected creative work.
  • Current & Future Iterations: Protection applies to the ten existing phrases currently in commerce and any subsequent phrases developed under this specific branding architecture.
  • Trademark Usage: Phrases such as "God Our Defender" are used as source identifiers for the Company’s goods and services. Any unauthorized use of these phrases in a way that is likely to cause consumer confusion is strictly prohibited.

3.      Scope of Trademark Classification

5.      Prohibited Use

Unauthorized use of these acrostics—including reproducing them on merchandise, using them in digital media, or creating confusingly similar variations—constitutes trademark and copyright infringement. The Company monitors and enforces its rights in these areas to protect the integrity of the brand. Except as expressly authorized by the Company, you may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or display these acrostics on third-party merchandise.
  • Create "derivative works" by slightly altering the three-word combinations while maintaining the "G-O-D" vertical acrostic structure.
  • Use these phrases in any meta-tags, "hidden text," or SEO strategies without written consent.
