Return Policy

Thank you for believing in God Our Defender and our products. Although, something must’ve gone wrong, so let us make it right.

Your Satisfaction Is Our Top Priority

That is why we offer our Customer Delight Policy. You have 30 full days to make a return from the time of sale, either through an exchange or a refund.

Now, there are some basic ground rules:
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, free of smells, and in its original packaging. 

Returned items must originate from a United States address. We currently cannot accept returns from other locations.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Process

We get it. Sometimes you need to return a product for whatever reason. If something is amiss, then we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, we will provide a courtesy shipping label and will deduct the $12.00 cost from the return. If you would prefer to get the return back to us by your own method, just let us know in the comments, to avoid any undue cost.

Please request a return for a refund by logging into your account to begin the return process. Don’t worry, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. Once a return is approved, you will be emailed with further instructions.

When Something Is Amiss
Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us right away by initiating a return if you find the item defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or it is not as described. So we can best assist you, send us an email with a clear picture or pictures displaying the issue. If something is wrong, we’ll make it right.

Return Options

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded via store credit or on your original payment method. The choice is yours. Just let us know when you initiate a return.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund so please allow up to 15 business days. If it has been more than 15 business days since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at CustomerDelight@GodOurDefender.LIFE.

Exchanges
Right now, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We are a grass roots startup, so we are researching new and cost-effective methods to improve the return process. I hope you understand that we opted to adopt the least costly method while we are in our revenue building phase.
